• Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and work instructions.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with attention to safety.
• Proven time management and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and subassemblies using basic tools per drawings and instructions.
• Operate injection molding presses, heating/cooling machines, and sandblasting equipment.
• Cut and prepare cables, perform stripping and jacket removal as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; follow safety procedures.
• Record production data and report issues to supervision.
• Support team and assist in additional production tasks as needed.
