Responsibilities

• Verify that physical parts serial numbers match router and open work instructions to ensure proper process, tools, and methods.
• Operate according to engineering specs and quality standards, inspecting finished parts for conformance.
• Sign router after operation completion and document on Mercury; move processed parts to the next area.
• Maintain flow and quality of parts, perform continuous improvement analyses.
• Assist on tooling setups and changeovers; participate in cross training as needed.
