Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Rough Incoming 2nd Shift (2:00pm to 10:00pm) at our Gibsonton, Florida location. This entry-level role supports manufacturing and repair processes, collaborating with design and repair teams to improve products and reduce fabrication costs.

You will operate equipment, follow safety procedures, verify paperwork, and participate in cross-training as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Export license may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate rough precision equipment as required for tasks.
• Ensure safety guards and instructions are followed before operating equipment.
• Verify part numbers and heat numbers on paperwork and ensure prior operations are signed off.
• Report defective equipment to the supervisor and keep the work area clean at shift end.
• Assist with cross-training as needed.
