Responsibilities

• Verify that serial numbers on parts match router and open work instructions.
• Operate the machines according to engineering specs and quality standards; inspect finished parts.
• Sign router after operation; complete paperwork and move parts to next area.
• Maintain flow and quality of produced parts; perform process improvements.
• Assist with tooling setups and changeovers.
• Cross-train as needed.
