Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or 5 years' experience as an engineering technician.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve complex problems.
• Solid understanding of fundamental mechanical systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-starter with initiative and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and across functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of production quality data analysis (SPC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide process improvement and production support to Operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain complex production equipment.
• Support ongoing operations to address assembly problems and supplier quality.
• Perform lab testing to support improvements or problem solving.
• Create and maintain documentation for product builds (procedures, test plans).
• Contribute to manufacturing cost reduction opportunities.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to address issues.
