Job summary

Ace Precision Machining, an internationally recognized supplier to aerospace and defense industries, seeks a Manufacturing Support / General Labor team member. You will assist production with daily tasks, perform hands-on operations, and help keep work flowing smoothly in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently.
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking.
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations.
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on.
