Job summary

Ace Precision Inc is seeking hands-on manufacturing staff to support production teams and perform precision operations in a clean, safe environment. You will handle buffing, sandblasting, deburring, and assembly, while delivering materials to the right stations and inspecting parts to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining an organized work area and collaborating with teammates to produce high-quality components for aerospace and related industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; willingness to learn in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on
