Ace Precision Inc is seeking hands-on manufacturing staff to support production teams and perform precision operations in a clean, safe environment. You will handle buffing, sandblasting, deburring, and assembly, while delivering materials to the right stations and inspecting parts to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining an organized work area and collaborating with teammates to produce high-quality components for aerospace and related industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; willingness to learn in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with daily tasks to keep work flowing.
• Perform buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, and part marking.
• Deliver tools and materials to workstations; inspect parts for quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; collaborate with teammates.
