You will operate hydraulic presses, go/no-go gauges, grinding machinery, and laser engraving, while managing ERP data and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This role supports production efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to perform basic math and interpret technical drawings or shop documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on product quality and consistency.
• Experience with repetitive production tasks and mechanical equipment operation.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital systems.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic presses and go/no-go gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Run automated and semi-automated grinding machinery to meet precise tolerances.
• Perform laser engraving to finalize product aesthetics and identification.
• Enter production data into ERP systems and manage inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform routine equipment upkeep and safety checks.
• Complete production documentation including quality inspection logs and safety reports.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe, high-performing production environment.
