Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Production Machine Operator to run grinding machinery and related processes in a manufacturing setting. You will handle precision grinding, material straightening, and quality inspections to ensure products meet specs.

You will document production data in the ERP system and help keep a safe, organized workspace. The role emphasizes manual and automated tooling experience, the ability to interpret drawings, and physical stamina for lifts up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret technical drawings or shop documents
• Experience with repetitive production tasks and manual or powered hand tools
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital interfaces
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated grinding machinery to meet product specs
• Use hydraulic presses and go/no-go gauges for material straightness and dimensional accuracy
• Perform laser engraving and finishing tasks for distribution readiness
• Document production data and inventory in ERP system
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and perform routine equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with team to uphold safety standards and consistent output
