Actalent in Woburn, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process improvement in a precision manufacturing environment. You will analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to boost productivity, quality, and overall performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of mechanical principles, machining practices and manufacturing processes.
• Experience improving production processes, SOPs, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in computer-based systems.

Mansioni

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to machine performance, process parameters, and production output.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve material flow, setup reduction, machine utilization, and OEE.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• Support manufacturing automation and machine connectivity projects.
• Utilize programming and data analysis tools to collect, organize, and analyze production data.
• Assist in the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain compliance with certifications and standards.
