Job summary

BD in the United States (Columbus, NE) is seeking a manufacturing operator to operate equipment and ensure product quality per documentation. The role entails visual inspections, troubleshooting, changeovers, SAP data entries, and adherence to GMP and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED (or 3 years manufacturing experience) and can read/write English. Teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; three years manufacturing experience acceptable in lieu of diploma.
• Experience with MES and SAP data entries is advantageous.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English; safety and quality compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in a team to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform visual inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Execute changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning while maintaining GMP standards.
• Enter SAP/MES data accurately and support root-cause analyses.
