Job summary

BD is seeking a manufacturing operator to operate equipment in a clean room environment, perform inspections, and ensure quality and GMP standards are met. Strong teamwork, organization, and willingness to train others are essential.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED (or two years manufacturing experience). Proficiency in English and basic trouble-shooting are required; SAP/MES data entry will be part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years manufacturing experience required in lieu.
• Experience with MES systems preferred.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must maintain quality and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and inspect products to meet quality specs.
• Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning.
• Enter SAP/MES data and assist root cause analysis.
• Maintain clean room area and adhere to GMP standards.
