Job summary

Glidewell is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Irvine, CA to support material preparation, batching, and quality checks on the production floor. The role involves operating CNCs, presses, and measurement systems, while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.

You'll participate in 6S and continuous improvement initiatives, ensure product conformance to specs, and help move batches from fabrication through packaging with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures work orders in designated areas.
• Obtains materials from storage per work orders.
• Measures, pre-batches, and delivers components to blending area; logs batch data.
• Weighs powders and liquids to prepare batches per formula instructions.
• Inspects products for quality and documents test results.
• Labels and packages products for shipment per SOPs.
• Completes daily job checklists and participates in 6S/kaizen activities.
