The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining assembly equipment, calibrating devices, documenting GDP-compliant records, and ensuring products meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience operating manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic manufacturing tasks and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
• Calibrate and operate equipment, dispense or package products, assemble components and kits.
• Verify materials against process orders and prepare work areas for production operations.
• Conduct in-line quality inspections and weigh finished products to ensure specifications.
• Complete accurate documentation following GDP and dispose of scrap and waste properly.
