Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced precision manufacturing setting. The role requires a strong technical background in sheet metal fabrication and machining with proven leadership to drive productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will oversee production, implement process improvements, and maintain excellent customer relationships while supporting strategic initiatives from senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in precision sheet metal fabrication with practical machining knowledge.
• 5-10 years of management experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Graduate of a technical high school with a metal trades focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the company.
• Oversee production, quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives.
• Support customer relationships and ensure high service levels.
• Report to the President and Vice President and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
