Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair CNC machinery on a manufacturing shop floor in Ohio. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lathe and other machine tools, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and follow lockout/tagout procedures while recording work in CMMS.

A strong emphasis on safety and Lean principles is required. The role involves lifting heavy equipment, standing for long periods, and working around

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical maintenance experience with lathe machines and related mechanical work.
• Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics with some electrical knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO quality procedures and Lean Standard Work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance across CNC/machine tooling with emphasis on lathe equipment.
• Repair mechanical components such as pumps, valves, gears, and belts using prints.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems per schematics and LOTO rules.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain PM histories.
• Support Lean/Continuous Improvement actions to improve uptime and reliability.
