Job summary

TS Conductor Corp. in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain production machinery. The role emphasizes consistent output, adherence to quality standards, and safe working practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will log production data, follow procedures, and participate in training and cross-training to support continuous improvement and efficient production runs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret gauges and record measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to stand for an 8–10-hour shift.
• Prior experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery for operation by performing routine maintenance tasks and safety checks.
• Set up and operate production machines according to procedures.
• Monitor machines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality control.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments as needed.
• Record data such as production numbers and machine settings.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriately.
• Meet production requirements consistently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow company rules.
• Comply with cross-training and other training requirements.
