Job summary

Forte Opening S is seeking a Precision Manufacturing Machine Operator in Pennsylvania to follow detailed work orders and interpret schematics for production. The role involves stage/material handling, hands-on assembly with hand and power tools, and strict safety/quality checks.

You will maintain an orderly workstation, communicate clearly with teammates, and operate under supervision as part of daily production tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a willingness to learn.

Equipment exposure

• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)

Physical demands

• Lift and handle up to 60 lbs during the day.
• Occasional push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting, and sitting as required.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred profile

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
