Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, frame prints and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to achieve the company’s production goals.
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Meet production deadlines and quality expectations for assigned tasks.
• Read and process written communication including work orders, prints, and measurements.
• Rotate to other production positions as needed to support operations.
• Operate equipment such as fabricating machinery, band saws, acetylene torches, and tape measures.
• Lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Maintain professional relationships with teammates and supervisors.
