Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a full-time team member for its production facility in Chicago. The role focuses on supporting production goals, reading work orders and blueprints, and maintaining safety standards on the shop floor.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong math and measurement skills, and proven reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hours are Monday through Friday on the 1st shift with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team as well as individual and communicate effectively with others.
• Attention to detail and problem solver.

• Ability to read blueprints, picklists and orders.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company’s overall goals.
• Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Must be able to meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects.
• Must be able to read and process written communication including, but notlimited to, work orders, blue prints, and measurements.
• Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as deemed necessary.
• Must be able to operate appropriate equipment and follow machine safety.
