Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow procedures.
• Basic understanding of production processes helps.
• Numerical ability for unit conversions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for operation.
• Start machinery and adjust settings to improve performance.
• Operate machinery according to operating instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform quality control, document results, and report problems to the Manager.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Clean machinery and maintain a clean work area.
