Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Production Operator for the Santa Rosa Metrology Laboratory to assemble precision microelectronic components and support manufacturing engineering with process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience with automated microelectronics assembly equipment.
• Demonstrates a high level of manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills which lead to root cause analysis.
• Able to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
• Stand, sit, or bend for extended periods; able to lift 25 pounds multiple times daily/weekly; microscope use.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision microelectronic components with attention to detail.
• Assist R&D and manufacturing engineering to introduce or modify processes, fixtures, or programs.
• Interpret and understand manufacturing process instructions and schematics.
• Utilize root cause analysis to identify and prevent failures.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and productivity.
