Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly of electrical and mechanical components per drawings, specs, and parts lists.
• Prepare and assemble intricate units with precision and close tolerances.
• Troubleshoot, contribute to continuous improvement, ensure quality and reliability of assemblies.
• Demonstrate expertise in sub- and final-assembly, including routing and use of tools.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S, to maintain an organized and safe workspace.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity to meet production deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing goals.
