Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions to assemble complex products.
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical wiring preferred.
• Comfort using small hand tools and reading diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Review and retrieve inventory parts using schematics, drawings, or work instructions.
• Perform simple to complex assembly operations.
• Test and inspect products to ensure specifications are met.
• Report deficiencies to your Department Lead.
• Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.
• Use small hand tools, including cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers.
• Identify quality discrepancies and communicate them.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Attend required training and department meetings.
