Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of machinist experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Safety as the top priority for all employees.
• Set up and operate manual metalworking machinery (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Apply machine shop theory to produce complex machined parts.
• Support tooling, fixturing, and experimental parts as required.
• Create tooling such as dies; diagnose and repair tooling as needed.
• Document processes and participate in LEAN initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
• Mentor and train less experienced personnel.
• Ensure area is safe, clean, and organized.
