Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a safety-focused Manual Machinist to set up and operate manual lathes, horizontal mills, grinders, and related equipment used to manufacture and repair precision components. Entry-level candidates with technical training are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual machining, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, horizontal mills, grinders, and machining equipment.
• Perform turning, facing, drilling, grooving, cutting, threading, knurling, and grinding operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools to maintain tolerance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain cutting tools and machining equipment.
