Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with turning, milling, grinding, and drilling.
• Knowledge of metals and their properties during machining.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Proficient in operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, and similar equipment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform turning, threading, boring and facing operations in various size lathes.
• Perform drilling, tapping, boring and facing operations in a horizontal boring mill.
• Operate saws, grinders, shapers, and other shop equipment.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts with precision measurement tools.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and quality standards are met.
• Assist with shop improvement activities and daily maintenance.
