Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of machining practices and precision measurement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes and mills to fabricate and repair precision components.
• Machine parts according to blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Operate Vertical Turret Lathes (VTLs) when applicable.
• Perform ACME threading when required.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Maintain machining equipment and report maintenance concerns as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
