Job summary

TSE Industries Inc. is seeking a Manual Machinist to set up, adjust and operate conventional and CNC machines to fabricate required parts in a Florida facility. The role requires experience with HAAS, Bridgeport style knee mills, manual lathes, grinders, fixtures, and jigs.

You will study drawings, select tools, set speeds and feeds, and verify part conformance while collaborating with engineers and production personnel to resolve issues. The position emphasizes teamwork and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Study blueprints, sketches, or drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Measure and mark dimensions on material for machining operations.
• Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and attachments on machines.
• Set controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed for accuracy.
• Verify finished workpiece complies with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, adjust and operate conventional and/or CNC machines to fabricate parts.
• Observe operations to detect malfunctions and correct as needed.
• Confer with engineers and production staff to resolve machining issues.
• Install machined parts into assemblies and test functionality.
• Perform first article inspection and ensure conformance.
