Qualifications
- 3–5 years of manual machining in industrial settings.
- Experience reading blueprints and sketches.
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Ability to work from verbal instructions and samples.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines.
- Fabricate and repair machine components and tooling.
- Support maintenance with parts for repairs and PMs.
- Read blueprints and determine tolerances and processes.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and fit.
- Maintain shop equipment and clean work areas.
