Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a shop professional to perform intermediate grinding and finishing tasks to established procedures and quality standards.

You will work a Fri-Sun schedule (5am-5:30pm) and be paid for 40 hours. Responsibilities include grinding, inspection of welds per print, loading carts, operating a hoist, and completing audit forms. English communication is required. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic sandblasting and/or grinding experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Grind and finish units according to procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect weld placements for accuracy per print.
• Load carts and move to stage area; operate hoist.
• Complete audit forms as required.
