Advantage Technical in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled Manifold Assembly Technician for a temporary assignment. You will assemble hydraulic and pneumatic manifolds, read blueprints, and perform quality inspections to ensure precision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in mechanical assembly, with the ability to use hand and power tools, read drawings, and collaborate with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or testing.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or fluid power systems preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to lift and move components in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic manifold components, including fittings, valves, ports, and related hardware.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment.
• Perform quality inspections, dimensional checks, leak testing, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and support corrective actions.
• Document assembly results, test data, and production records.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
