Main duties include assembling hydraulic and pneumatic manifolds, interpreting blueprints, performing quality inspections, recording test data, and supporting corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mechanical assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with quality standards.
• Ability to lift and move components in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic manifold components, including fittings, valves, ports, and related hardware
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment
• Perform quality inspections, dimensional checks, leak testing, and functional testing
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and support corrective actions
• Document assembly results, test data, and production records
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals
