Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking a Technical Assembler I in Florida to assemble product inspection equipment. You will follow detailed prints, schematics, and instructions while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of assembly experience, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and strong communication skills. The role supports continuous improvement with a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years assembly experience.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Quality and safety awareness.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product inspection equipment using detailed mechanical prints, electrical schematics, parts lists, and assembly instructions.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment or material to the Assembly Lead or Manager.
• Document actions by completing quality checklists.
• Collaborate with Engineering to understand capabilities and identify cost/quality improvements.
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Accurately track and record time spent on projects.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.
