BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a warehouse mail sorter to process high-volume mail for USPS acceptance, following strict HIPAA-compliant procedures. You will operate high-speed sort equipment, input sort schemes, and ensure accurate documentation for each mailing.

The role requires a HS diploma, 2+ years’ experience in a related setting, and Pitney Bowes certification within 90 days. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work an 8-hour night shift at our

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a business or government setting.
• Pitney Bowes Operator certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed sorting equipment to meet daily mail goals for outgoing mail.
• Estimate completion times and report delays to management with time to adjust.
• Set up equipment for advanced mail processing using sort schemes and bin assignments.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure USPS acceptance.
• Print, validate, and transmit USPS documentation for each mailing.
• Collaborate with team to implement new lines of business and tools; suggest process improvements.
