The role requires a High School Diploma, 2+ years in a related setting, and Pitney Bowes certification within 90 days. Overtime and travel between buildings may be required. Benefits include health plans, 401k match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in a business or government setting.
• Pitney Bowes Operator Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed sorting equipment to meet daily postal deadlines.
• Input sort schemes and bin assignments on the control console.
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot equipment for USPS compliance.
• Print, validate, and transmit USPS documentation for each mailing.
• Collaborate with supervisor to share best practices and improve processes.
