Job summary

KUBRA currently seeks an Inserter Operator for a full-time, on-site role in Piscataway, NJ. You will operate and maintain mail inserting and print production equipment, load materials, monitor runs, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include inspecting output for accuracy, following tickets, maintaining safety, and working with teammates to meet production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Machine Operation skills for setting up, running and troubleshooting inserter or similar production equipment.
• Knowledge of Bindery processes such as folding, inserting and finishing printed materials in a print/mail environment.
• Quality Control skills with attention to detail for verifying accuracy of printed and inserted documents and meeting production standards.
• Effective Communication skills to work with team members, follow written instructions, and report issues clearly and promptly.
• Basic understanding of Printing workflows and equipment used in a high-volume print and mail operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate inserter machines to run production jobs.
• Load materials and monitor ongoing production runs to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on inserter equipment to maintain uptime.
• Inspect output for accuracy and quality to meet standards.
• Follow job tickets and work instructions; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
