Industrial Threaded Products, Inc. (ITP) seeks a skilled Machine Operator to safely operate and maintain a range of machinery, set up jobs, and inspect parts for quality. The role focuses on producing high-quality components, reducing downtime, and adhering to safety standards.

The position requires hands-on machining, tooling adjustments, and careful documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a busy manufacturing environment in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with machining and production processes preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and quality specs.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines (threaded machines, presses, mills, lathes, drills, saws) to ensure efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Set up machines for jobs using SOPs and job records; adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling for requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections with gauges and micrometers to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
• Document production activity and any corrective actions; report issues for quick resolution.
