• Create and edit machine programs using engineering drawings and blueprints.

• Inspect work with precision tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for machine setups, programs, quality concerns, and operating issues.
• Test and validate programs by running simulations or test pieces and adjust as needed.
• Monitor multiple pieces of equipment to support quality output and minimize unplanned stops.
• Identify manufacturing issues and implement solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Communicate with team members to maintain production flow, quality, and material availability.
• Move materials using forklift and overhead crane after training and authorization.
• Complete production, quality, inspection, and downtime documentation timely and accurately.
• Follow safety, environmental, housekeeping, and health requirements; maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in standardized work and continuous improvement activities.
