• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and travelers.
• Inspect dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Provide troubleshooting for machine setups, programs, and quality concerns.
• Test and validate programs by running simulations or test pieces.
• Move material using forklift and overhead crane after training.
• Complete production, quality, inspection, and downtime documentation accurately.
