Qualifications

• Proficient with precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and layouts to determine machining operations.
• Compute dimensions and tolerances and lay out work pieces.
• Verify dimensions using calipers, gauges and micrometers; troubleshoot as needed.
• Set up machine tools for operators and participate in continuous improvement.
