Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of machining experience or equivalent.
• CNC setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment and gauges.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining centers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specs, and work orders.
• Select tooling and determine feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters.
• Secure workpieces using chucks and fixtures.
• Perform machine setups and dimensional adjustments.
• Edit CNC programs in collaboration with Engineering.
• Inspect finished parts with precision gauges.
• Support continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
