Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Machinist - Level 2 to set up and operate machine tools and produce precision parts at our Tempe, AZ site on an on-site schedule. You will read blueprints, measure parts, and maintain quality while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist with the ability to set up and operate machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes including milling, turning, and grinding, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions.
• Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate various machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments to machines as necessary to maintain tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve machining issues.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of production and quality checks.
