Job summary

Stryker in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a production technician for a 2:00PM–10:30PM shift. You will operate machinery, inspect components with precision tools, and maintain accurate production records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Blueprint reading and use of precision measuring tools.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and inspect machined components with precision measuring tools.
• Adhere to site-specific quality systems and processes.
• Identify and record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents.
• Operate simple manufacturing equipment and learn new tasks as needed.
• Train others on procedures as needed.
• Report safety concerns, production issues and documentation errors.
• Assist execution of continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors.
