Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator II to support manufacturing lines. You will work with leaders to close/open lots, assign inventory, and perform in-process quality checks.

The role involves operating multiple machines, maintaining records, and addressing maintenance requests, with a focus on quality and safety. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of machine operation experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1 year of machine operation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read part prints/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple manufacturing equipment with limited supervision.
• Assist front line leadership with lot closures/openings and inventory assignments.
• Perform in-process quality checks.
• Inspect machined components with precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and address maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot basic quality concerns with products or equipment.
• Train others on recognizing cosmetic defects and report safety concerns.
• Follow certified processes and production signals on the floor.
• Set up and operate equipment, adjust machinery as needed.
• Coordinate within team to respond to technical challenges.
