Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating machinery to produce precision metal parts, tools, and equipment based on sketches, prints, or instruction manuals.
• Inspecting parts visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Cleaning and maintaining machines, troubleshooting simple manufacturing issues as needed.
• Maintaining supplies and calibration records for relevant equipment.
• Notifying supervisors when machinery requires maintenance or repairs.
• Staying current on all quality and safety requirements.
