Job summary

Ethos Accessories and Components LLC is seeking a skilled machinist to set up and run machine shop equipment, including CNCs, lathes, mills, and EDM. You will read engineering drawings, prepare fixtures, and ensure tolerances are met while collaborating with engineers and production staff.

You will also inspect machinery, perform minor repairs, and uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; machining education or training preferred.
• 2-4 years of directly related machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Use measuring equipment to verify dimensional tolerances.
• Select and align fixtures, tools and materials per work orders.
• Read blueprints and follow process instructions; collaborate with engineers and production.
• Perform routine machinery inspections and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards and follow QHSE policies.
