Job summary

Dayton Superior is seeking a skilled machinist to operate conventional, CNC, and other machinery in an on-site manufacturing environment. You will handle grinders, drills, presses, and related equipment while meeting production standards.

The role requires attention to safety procedures, basic math skills, and the ability to read process instructions. 0–2 years of experience preferred; physical lifting may be involved.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates assigned machines, including resistance welding, brake presses, and mechanical power presses; ensures production requirements.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Packs finished materials and loads/unloads as needed.
