Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• At least a 2-year technical degree or 2 years in a technical field operating precision equipment.
• Accountability & Dependability: punctuality and following procedures.
• Attention to Detail: thorough and accurate work with limited supervision.
• Mathematical Reasoning: basic math and decimal understanding.
• Reading Comprehension: read and understand production drawings.
• Measurements: read tape measures to 1/32” and interpret micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Feed CNC machines and operate conventional mills/lathes (50%).
• Operate auxiliary equipment such as drill press and vertical lathe (20%).
• Read and understand production drawings and standard work for dies.
• Learn basic surface grinding and shim production methods.
• Use precision measuring devices (calipers, dial indicators).
• Support plant operations as directed by leadership (15%).
